I’m so happy I got to document these two for their Rocky Mountain Engagement Session. Rocky Mountain National Park is a fantastic location for your engagement photos! It has such amazing views that make for the best backdrop for photos. Whether you are visiting from out of town, or you live in Colorado, RMNP will not disappoint. Nathan and David flew me out to Denver, CO this past February for their engagements. I was so excited when they reached out! I hadn’t been to Colorado since I was in high school so going back was such a treat.
I’m so glad that these two picked Rocky Mountain National Park for their Engagement Session. Rocky Mountain National Park in northern Colorado spans the Continental Divide and encompasses protected mountains, forests, and alpine tundra. It’s known for the Trail Ridge Road and the Old Fall River Road, drives that pass aspen trees and rivers. The Keyhole Route, a climb crossing vertical rock faces, leads up Longs Peak, the park’s tallest mountain. A trail surrounding Bear Lake offers views of the peaks.
To be specific we shot their session in Estes Park which is inside the Rocky Mountain National Park. It was the perfect place for a Rocky Mountain Engagement Session. We were all freezing but I’m so happy with how these photos turned out! It was such a stunning location to work with. I don’t know how these two were just wearing shirts. I literally had on 5 different layers of clothes because I was so cold!
