I’m obsessed with this James Grace House Wedding. The James Grace House in Plaquemine, La is a hidden gem that many don’t know about and holy crap am I glad that Jordan decided to ask me to join her and her family and friends at this beautiful venue for their wedding day! The venue is just south of Baton Rouge so it’s not a far drive at all for those who live in the city. The owners of the James Grace House, Jimmy and Dianne Grace, hosted their four daughter’s weddings on the grounds of their beautiful antebellum home which is where the idea of running a full force wedding venue was born. The James Grace house is a southern splendor at it’s finest. It is where history meets romance and special memories are made. They have created the perfect venue for your classic southern wedding.
The first time I saw the James Grace House I was blown away. It is so gorgeous! Not too many people know about it. It was such a treat to end my 2019 fall wedding season on. The property is enormous with a gorgeous tree for your ceremony and a rustic barnyard ready to be set for your reception. It’s completely ideal for a classic southern style wedding.
Jordan and Jayce had their ceremony under the most beautiful tree with their family and friends. I remember watching Jordan tear up got me all worked up. I was holding back tears! After we went back to their barn to party into the night at their reception. Their wedding at the James Grace House was such a nice way to end my fall wedding season. I was so honored to be apart of their special day.
